In the early stages of my career, after obtaining my real estate license, I worked for and was mentored by several of the top Commercial Real Estate Brokers in Newport Beach for four years. Recognizing the significance of learning from the best, I continued to immerse myself in education. I went on to earn the (C.S.P.) Certified New Homes Sales Professional designation, specializing in new home sales, completed the prestigious (M.I.R.M.) Member Institute of Residential Marketing program at UCI, acquired my real estate Broker's license, and during the short sale crisis, I earned the (C.D.P.E.) Distressed Property Expert certificate, equipping me with the knowledge to skillfully navigate negotiations with banks on behalf of my clients.
